RENTAL PERIOD:

 

The  minimum  rental  period is 24 hours and 2 hours grace period will be given.Any excess hours

will be charged  full days rental .

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR CARS:

 

All  GCC Nationals are permitted to drive on their respective  countries  national   licences.

All  other  visitors  who are  on  visit  or  transit  visas  are  permitted  to  drive  with   their

international driving licences. 

As per U.A.E. Traffic Department, Respective Countries –Local Licence are not 

valid anymore and customers are required to submit U.A.E. Driving Licence/GCC 

or International Driving Licence at the time of renting a vehicle.

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSES & TRUCKS:

 

9  & 15  Seater  vans and  4  wheel  drive Safari  vehicles  could  be  driven  on light

vehicle licences and can be rented on self-drive basis.

Buses  in  excess of 15 seats are rented only  with  chauffeurs except  the 28  Seater De

Luxe,  which   may,  at  the  discretion of  the Company be rented to corporate clients on

self-drive basis.

AGE:

 

All  drivers  must  be  25  years or above  and   holder of  valid driving  licence for over

6 months.If driver's age  is below 25 years and above 21 years in case of accident /damage

,10 % of repair charges to be borne by the driver.

INSURANCE:

 

Comprehensive  Motor  Insurance is provided on all vehicles.

Third  Party  Insurance  limited  to a maximum  of  Dhs. 250,000/- for  property and

unlimited for bodily injury.

The  Renter  is  liable  for  the  Excess  Insurance, which  can be covered against the

Excess Waiver/(CDW) payment as stated in our Tariff.

ACCIDENTS /  DAMAGES:

 

In case of accident or  damage to  the vehicle, please observe the following procedure:

 

- Call the Traffic Police immediately.

- Do not accept any liability.

- Contact the nearest Autolease Station for assistance and advice, if required.

- Obtain a copy of the Police Report for insurance and repairs.

 

All claims are subject to acceptance by the Insurance Company.

DELIVERY / COLLECTION:

 

Deliveries /collection  within 3 kilometers from 0ur Dubai and Sharjah offices are free

of charge.Other places in dubai ,sharjah and ajman will be charged @ Dh 75/-  and

For  other  Emirates,   Dhs.  125/-   will be  charged  for each delivery  or  collection.

RESERVATIONS:

 

Reservations  must be faxed  or  e-mailed  to us at  least   48  hours  prior  to arrival

in  the U.A.E.

For   group "D"  and above,  a  return  confirmation will  be sent  immediately and for

groups "A" through "C", confirmation  is automatic (free-sale basis). For all self-drive

vehicles a  return  confirmation  will  be sent immediately.

For  local rental a 24 hour advance fax is sufficient.

CHAUFFEUR  SERVICE:

 

Charges   for  these  services  are  Dhs. 250/-  per day   for saloon  cars and for

commercial vehicles.All  chauffeur services are for 8 hours duty including  waiting time

and break  times.Excess hours  will be charged at Dhs. 50/- per    hour   for   saloon  cars,

Dhs. 75/- per  hour  for  9/15/30/34  Seaters  &  Safari  vehicles  and  Dhs.  150/- per hour

for 45/49/56/57 Seater buses.

 

FUEL: Rates do not include fuel, which is extra.

        * The RENTER will be reponsible for parking ,speeding fines etc are incurred on the account

        of any traffic violation apart from the actual amount to be paid to the authorites,a service

        charge @Dh 50/- is applicable per fine.

        * Road toll are levied in some areas of dubai and usage of toll gate (salik) is charged

           @Dh 5/-
